CT & Westchester, Culinary Instructor
Jordan is a culinary professional originally from Las Vegas whose passion for food and creativity has shaped both his career and identity. He pursued his culinary foundation at Albany BOCES Culinary School before earning his Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts from SUNY Cobleskill in New York, where he further refined his technical skills and artistic approach to food. Having lived in Albany, New York, for most of his life, he found inspiration in the region’s diverse food culture and began his professional pastry chef journey at 15 Church in Saratoga Springs, New York, a formative experience that deepened his appreciation for fine dining and precision-driven cuisine. With over 8 years of experience in professional restaurant environments, he continues to grow in the fine dining field, consistently pushing himself to evolve creatively and professionally. Known for his compassion and kindness, he brings empathy, dedication, and collaboration to every kitchen he works in. Outside of the culinary world, he expresses creativity through painting, finds balance through hiking, and draws energy from rock and roll and live music—all of which influence his approach to food as an expressive, emotional, and ever-evolving art form.
